Prahabike → Logo, Website, Social Media
[View website]

Praha Bike is a successful Prague-based company with over 20 years of experience. It offers tourists not just bike rentals and tours but a chance to experience the city like a local. It’s more than just a business — it’s a legacy built on a love for Prague and cycling.

Task:
Refresh the entire branding, from the logo to the website. Create a new, engaging, and user-friendly site with a warm, inviting vibe.

My Role:
Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, Graphic Designer, Project manager, Social Media Manager.
Project Highlights:
Design brand identity
My role:
Graphic Designer

I redesigned the logo based on the old one, combining elements of beach, mountain, and city bikes. The previous version featured a road bike, which doesn’t represent the company’s range.

Developed the visual identity, including the color palette, typography, and typeface hierarchy.

Worked with photos for the project — selected suitable images for the website, retouched them, and generated additional.

My role:
Product Designer

Task:
The existing website, developed in 2015, had become outdated both visually and functionally. The user experience was confusing, leading to low conversion rates as users struggled to navigate the site and reach the purchase stage.

Solution:
  • Conducted a comprehensive UX audit, identifying key friction points that prevented users from completing their journey.
  • Redesigned the product structure, aligning it with the owner’s vision and customer insights to create a clear and intuitive user flow.
  • Developed the design system and created new layouts for all pages, ensuring consistency and a modern aesthetic.
  • Sourced a developer, managed collaboration between the owner and the developer, and oversaw the entire project lifecycle, from wireframes to launch.
  • Supported the implementation by assisting with Tilda site development, ensuring the final product met design specifications and usability standards.
