Natalia Voinova
For Natalia Voinova NV, an accountant in the Czech Republic, a comprehensive visual and content strategy was developed to establish a strong personal brand and promote services for a Russian-speaking audience. Initially, there was no cohesive branding — only amateur photos in the feed.

My Role
Creative Director:

  • Conducted a competitor analysis to identify unique brand positioning.
  • Explored NV’s personal and professional traits to shape a visual and verbal identity.
  • Developed a brand concept based on the first letters of her name and surname, symbolizing confidence and professionalism.

Graphic Designer:

  • Designed a minimalist logo and brand identity that conveys expertise and approachability.
  • Created a detailed brief for the photographer, emphasizing business portraits without clichés, focusing on a natural yet professional image.
  • Developed templates for posts, stories, and reels in a consistent visual style.
  • Designed several downloadable guides — valuable checklists and infographics for potential clients.

SMM Manager:

  • Developed a content plan for the blog and social media, focusing on expert content and personal stories.
  • Generated post ideas, wrote texts, created reels scripts, and edited videos.
  • Conducted customer development interviews with the target audience to analyze needs and test content formats.
  • Managed content publishing, tracked analytics, and adjusted the strategy based on performance.
  • Created NV’s first website in 2023, integrating the brand identity and showcasing key services and products.
  • Created design options for the updated website.
